Warranty coverage Policy

WARRANTY COVERAGE POLICY

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product under normal wear and tear, for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Please keep your warranty card for proof of purchase.

It specifically covers:

  1. Defects in clasps, earring posts, or other closures.
  2. Breakage of the metal components due to faulty materials.
  3. Discoloration or tarnishing of the metal components caused by a manufacturing defect (excluding natural tarnishing).
  4. In cases of a gemstone or pearls that may be detached from the piece due to faulty setting.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident. This includes scratches, dents, or breaks caused by dropping the jewelry, hitting it against a hard surface, or applying excessive force.
  2. Damage caused by normal wear and tear. This includes minor scratches, tarnish buildup (depending on metal), and loosening of prongs due to everyday wear.
  3. Loss or theft of the jewelry.
  4. Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.
  5. Damage caused by modifications made to the jewelry after purchase.
  6. Damage to gemstones or pearls due to everyday wear and tear.

Please provide a copy of your original receipt and a description of the problem you are experiencing. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the repair or replacement of your jewelry.

Our Responsibility:

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. We will cover the cost of return shipping for warranty repairs.

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Agatha Lilly Jewels and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of this product.
